There may come a time where you'd like to modify our provided templates of checklists for your restaurant. You can make modifications by working with our Customer Success team in one of two ways.
You can email firstname.lastname@example.org with any change requests. For modifications, please list the title of the checklist(s) and the desired changes. If you are adding a brand new checklist, please include the title of the checklist(s), the start times of the checklist(s), and the details of the checklist(s). You may attach a PDF/Word/Pages document of the new checklist for convenience.
You can also file a support ticket to list out any change requests for your tablet. Under the "What best describes your request?" dropdown menu, please select Change Request.
