To add a new Customer Recovery issue on your tablet:
1) Go to Customer Recovery from the navigation menu.
2) Tap on Create at the top-left of the screen.
3) Fill out the pertinent information that you'd like to capture. You can add the following to the issue:
- Customer Name
- Customer Phone
- What Happened
- Remedy Offered
- Additional Information
- Employee Name
4) Tap Save located at the top-right of the screen.
